Marketing Executive

**Branding & Visual Identity**:

- **Brand Alignment**: Ensuring all marketing materials are consistent with the company's established brand guidelines and visual identity.
- **Brand Development**: Contributing to the evolution of the brand identity, particularly as it relates to specific projects or campaigns.

**Marketing Collateral Design**:

- **Brochures & Flyers**: Designing high-quality brochures and flyers that highlight key features, amenities, and lifestyle aspects of properties.
- **Advertisements**: Creating visually appealing and effective print and digital advertisements for various platforms (magazines, newspapers, online ads, social media).
- **Signage & Banners**: Designing eye-catching signage for on-site displays, open houses, and marketing events, as well as online banners for digital campaigns.
- **Presentations**: Developing visually engaging presentations for sales teams, investors, and potential clients.
- **Website Graphics**: Designing website layouts, graphics, and interactive elements to enhance user experience and showcase properties.
- **Social Media Content**: Creating engaging visual content for social media platforms to promote properties, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to the company's website.
- **Video & Animation**: Creating or collaborating on the production of marketing videos, animations, and virtual tours to showcase properties and lifestyle offerings.

**Property-Specific Design**:

- **Property Brochures & Lookbooks**: Designing brochures and lookbooks that highlight the unique features and benefits of individual properties, including floor plans, amenities, and surrounding areas.
- **Floor Plans & Site Plans**: Creating visually appealing and easy-to-understand representations of floor plans and site layouts.
- **3D Renderings & Illustrations**: Collaborating with architects and 3D artists to create realistic renderings and illustrations of properties, showcasing their design and potential.
- **Virtual Tours**: Designing interactive virtual tours of properties, allowing potential buyers to explore spaces remotely.
- **Lifestyle Imagery**: Sourcing or creating lifestyle imagery that depicts the desired ambiance and target audience for each property.

**Digital Marketing Assets**:

- **Landing Pages**: Designing visually compelling landing pages for online marketing campaigns.
- **Social Media Graphics**: Creating eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media posts, stories, and ads.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- **Image Sourcing & Editing**: Finding and editing high-quality images for marketing materials.
- **Print Production**: Preparing files for print production and liaising with printers to ensure quality.
- **Project Management**: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with marketing teams, sales teams, architects, and other stakeholders.
- **Staying Current**: Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and marketing techniques.

**Software Proficiency**:

- **Adobe Creative Suite**: Mastery of design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
- **Web Design Tools**: Familiarity with web design tools and content management systems (CMS) is beneficial.
