Marketing Executive

Job Scope:

  • Analyze sales data, implement marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns to promote products.
  • Plan marketing budgets and build relationship with suppliers, vendors.
  • Responsible for cross-channel marketing activities, including content and campaigns for the

company website, email, and social media.

  • Build company and brand image, enhancing brand awareness and reputation.
  • Identify target customers based on the company's strategic direction, product positioning,

customer positioning, and market positioning.

  • Responsible for online platforms such as major e-commerce like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.
  • Develop sales strategies for products and services, such as live-stream promotions, video

shooting and production.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing programs such as sponsored events, trade

shows etc.

  • Collect customers and departments feedback departments to drive product optimization

and new product development.

  • Collect, analyze and report monthly sales data, and prepare quarterly and annual marketing

adjustments.

  • Handle all customer inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.

  • 收集各部门和客户反馈,推动产品优化和新产品开发。
  • 收集、分析和汇报月销售数据,准备季度和年度营销调整。
  • 及时处理所有客户查询和请求。
  • 与客户建立并保持良好的关系。

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Social media management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
