a) Responsible for the daily local delivery schedule arrangement through SAP system.
b) Responsible to prepare all the necessary documents and shipment arrangements for the export sales, related to all online submission forms such: as D&E & CO if applicable.
c) Responsible to inform and coordinate with the Production, QA & QC, Store, and Account Department for the local and export order or any other amendments from customers to ensure all the customer orders are delivered on time with the right product and right price.
d) Responsible to receive the Customer Purchase Order and updating it to the SAP sales module, scanning PO uploading in SAP for every new order local/export customer.
e) Responsible to issue Delivery Order (MA-F04) for daily local deliveries through SAP system and generate tax invoices and verify by account personnel before good delivery.
f) Responsible to issue Packing List (MA-F06) and Commercial Invoice (MA-F05 (B)) for export shipments.
g) Monitoring the planning and follow-up with Production Department on production status during his or her superior absence or leave.

i) Responsible to update daily delivery schedule whiteboard and production sales planning.

j) Responsible for proper filing and controlling of all the Marketing Department-related documents.
k) Responsible to arrange transportation or liaise with customers' appointed transporters.
l) Working in accordance with the documented environmental procedures and instructions, specific responsibilities defined in individual procedures and instructions.
m) Reporting problems or deviations associated with environmental issues and the EMS to the ESH Committee.
n) To undertake any other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior.

**Important Notes: Able to speak in the Mandarin language with Diploma holders with or without experience / fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
