Shift Chargeman/facilities Technician

**Responsibilities**:
**Purpose of the role**:
Performs operational, preventive maintenance and checklist on all Plant facilities Equipment & systems.
- Operate plant equipment efficiency so as to reduce operation cost.
- Practice chargeman competency per regulation or any legal requirements in plant operation.
- Able to work on shift 24/7 - 12 hours rotation 4.3/3,4 - Shift Chargeman Role, Ops Team
- Facilities Technician : Normal hours - PM team
- Responsibilities as per below:

- To perform operational and preventive maintenance task
- To install, repair, trouble shoot, maintain and service all electrical and electronic systems under the contract.
- To comply with company rules and regulations and adhere to ISO14000 and QS9000 Standard.
- To modify electrical wiring system when or as per require
- Response and close service requests from customers within service level agreement.
- Supervise vendor or contractors
- Maintain plant equipment to operate in tip-top condition.
- Assist the management in energy savings through equipment operation
- Assist in the set-up audio and video system for auditorium or meeting rooms when required.
- Provide assistance to service and building maintenance team when needed.
- Write daily shift report and scheduling of equipment maintenance work
- Take daily plant reading.
- Able to work shift as and when required
- Registration with Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- Adheres to ISO standards and practices good housekeeping at all times
- Undertakes any additional/ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors as and when the need arises**Perform other duties as assigned.**

KPI /Indicators:

- Ensure that the building is maintained to a high standard at all times.
- Maintain the stock levels of all general maintenance kit
- Zero violation on Regulatory Compliance & ISO 14001 Conformities
- All Customer Service Request & Work Orders must be completed 100% and on time.
- Zero Business Interruption & Critical Equipment Failures (which is due to CBRE/supplier's negligence).
- Zero unnecessary breakdown of equipment due to negligence or lack of/improper maintenance.
- No interruption in communication & tools.
- Maintain 100% accuracy PM program/data (in CMMS or others) including equipment inventory & update as and when needed.
- No escalation from customer or at least manage to contain any problem arise.
- To be eligible for the role, you must meet criteria as per below:

- Minimum Certificate Of Competency from Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- Minimum three years experience in related work
- Possesses strong leadership skills, initiate, committed, willing to learn, pleasant disposition and general clean habits.
- Must be a team player, have a sense of responsibility to meet objectives of the organization
- Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Able to write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Hands on experience on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
