Responsibility
- Ensure all the 11kV HT and the LV equipment are in good working condition at all times.
- To establish and review the maintenance shutdown works and normalization procedures for all HT equipment in line with Electricity Supply Act and Regulations.
- Ensure and maintain departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety standards.
- To ensure all building’s licensing are renewed according to requirements.
- To manage daily Facilities building operations to meet departmental key performance index and stakeholders’ expectations.
- Responsible to manage, lead, motivate, train and coach the Facilities operation teams to ensure their performance and competency level are aligned with the company’s requirements.
- Monitor all works done by the duty personnel Chargeman, Technicians and outsourced contractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
- To lead and ensure all essential equipment under the daily checklist are checked daily and repaired immediately when necessary.
- Liaise with TNB, Energy Commission and all other authorities on legal requirements
- To manage building sustainability practices such as energy and other utility usages.
- To be part of active members in Facilities project management team.

**Requirements**:

- Certified 11kV High Tension (HT) Chargeman (B0) by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
- At least 5 years’ working experiences in leading and managing the maintenance and operations of 11kV HT systems.
- At least 5 years’ working experiences in managerial roles of Facilities building maintenance and operations.
- Knowledge of M&E systems, building and plumbing system.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
- Result-orientated, possess strong integrity, leadership and good problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
