What you’ll achieve
Developing a standard process and consistent facilities operations across APJCI. As a Consultant, Facilities Management, you will be responsible for interface between teams in the region to develop and implement strategic initiatives and standardize regional processes.

Lead and drive operational costs to a minimum and will work outside of the box with team members to improve operation efficiency. You will work with regional facilities leads to ensure seamless alignment and consistent process in the region.

You will:

- Managed multiple sites facilities operations and capex projects
- Control opex and capex spend
- Developed facilities operation process and TFM management
- Collaborate with regional and global team to support global strategic initiatives

Essential Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Facilities Integrated Work Management Systems (Space Planning, Lease Modules, Work Order Management, Project Management).
- Solid knowledge in facilities electrical critical system
- Solid knowledge of EH&S procedures, regulatory laws and regulations, emergency preparedness, contractor safety, environmental, and operational safety.
- Strong knowledge of business continuity and crisis management procedures
- Solid ability to read and understand drawings in all disciplines.
