**Position Title**: Therapy Support Associate (Speech Therapy)

**Overview**:
We are hiring for the position of **Therapy Support Associate (TSA)** in the Speech Therapy department, based in a healthcare facility in Singapore. This role offers a structured career pathway for Malaysian graduates who hold a degree in Speech Therapy but are not yet recognized by Singapore’s Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

**Role Summary**:
The TSA (Speech Therapy) supports the delivery of clinical services and the smooth functioning of the department. This is a developmental role designed to provide clinical exposure and training in preparation for licensure in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Speech Therapists in providing safe and effective patient care
- Support day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the speech therapy department
- Observe and participate in clinical practices under supervision

**Pathway to Becoming a Licensed Speech Therapist in Singapore**:

- Begin as a Therapy Support Associate
- Gain clinical experience and on-the-job training
- Prepare for the Qualifying Examination (QE)
- Upon passing the QE, become eligible to register and practice as a licensed Speech Therapist in Singapore

Note: QE is not required during the TSA period. The role is not considered a licensed therapist role until the QE is completed and registration is approved.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Speech Therapy from a recognized university
- Strong intention to pursue and complete the AHPC Qualifying Examination in Singapore
- Willingness to work in a support capacity prior to full licensure
- Independent, motivated, and committed to clinical excellence

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- **Basic Salary**: From SGD 2,350/month
- **Housing Allowance**: SGD 500/month
- **One-time Settling-In Allowance**: SGD 1,000
- **Statutory Benefits**: Provided in accordance with Singapore regulations

Note: Sponsorship for English proficiency tests is not included.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
