The_**Speech Therapist**_will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children aged 3-12. This role involves working collaboratively with families, teachers, and other therapists to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct assessments to identify speech and language challenges in children.

2. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address individual needs.

3. Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.

4. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students' development.

5. Document progress and update therapy plans as needed.

6. Educate families on strategies to support communication skills at home.

7. Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in speech therapy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Professional certification or license to practice as a Speech Therapist.
- Experience working with children with developmental delays and special needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

**Location**:Blossom Buds Learning Centre**, No 18-3, Jalan SP 2/8, Taman Serdang Perdana, Seksyen 2, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
