1.) Maintain files and records (data entry and filing etc). 2.) Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (queries, client complaints, etc.) 3.) Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues or clients. 4.) Utilize office appliances such as photocopiers, printers, etc., and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc. 5.) Proficient in Microsoft Office. 6.) Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly. 7.) To handle other ad-hoc duties as and when required. 8.) Input data into the Accounting system. 9.) Maintain a proper filing system, and ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval. 10.) Verify & prepare invoices, debit notes and credit notes, and payment vouchers 11.)
