**Salary**: RM4,000 - RM6,000 + performance bonus up to 10%

**The Role**

We're seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our operations across multiple departments. This role offers exposure to finance, HR, operations, and technology sectors within a fast-growing EdTech company.

**Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Administrative Tasks**
- Manage purchase orders and maintain expense tracking spreadsheets
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars across departments
- Prepare documents for government submissions and compliance
- Handle phone inquiries and direct to appropriate departments

**Finance Support (30% of role)**
- Input invoices and receipts into accounting system
- Track petty cash and prepare monthly reconciliation
- Assist with budget monitoring and expense reports
- Generate basic financial reports for management review
- Coordinate with vendors on payment schedules

**HR Support (20% of role)**
- Maintain employee records in HRIS system
- Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires
- Track leave balances and attendance records
- Support recruitment by scheduling interviews
- Update organizational charts and contact lists

**Operations Support (50% of role)**
- Coordinate logistics between KL, Penang, and Singapore offices
- Book travel arrangements and accommodation
- Manage office supplies inventory and reordering
- Liaise with government offices for permits and licenses
- Support event coordination for student programs
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)

**Required Skills & QualificationsEssential**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent requests
- Valid driving license and own transport
- Malaysian citizen or valid work permit

**Preferred**
- 2-3 years admin experience (fresh graduates with internship experience considered)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for task automation
- Basic knowledge of HR systems or accounting software
- Mandarin language skills
- Experience in education or technology sector
