**We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant** to join our sales team at the **Volvo Penang Branch** which located at Glenmarie Shah Alam, focused on strengthening our brand's presence in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and drive sales activities to meet set targets.
- Continuously acquire and update knowledge of our products.
- Strengthen customer relations and increase customer satisfaction for both potential and existing customers.
- Manage the delivery process of vehicles to customers.
- Represent the company’s brand image and implement customer retention strategies.
- Perform other duties as specified by the company from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Dynamic, charismatic and customer-oriented.
- Result-driven, proactive and ambitious.
- Proven sales track record in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with all relevant government procedures governing the motor trade.
- Enjoy interacting with people and understanding customer needs.
- Prior experience in automotive retail is an added advantage.
- Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in automotive sales are encouraged to apply.
