**Role Purpose**:
The Financial and Donor Administration Assistant ensures effective financial and donor management by maintaining accurate records, processing donations, managing donor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Administration**: Maintain financial records, reconcile reports, prepare fundraising budgets, and align them with organizational needs.
- **Donor Management**: Maintain donor databases, liaise with donors for tax receipts, handle inquiries, and support donor engagement activities.
- **General Support**: Assist in preparing reports and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of financial administration, tax compliance, and donor management systems
- Team player with a donor-focused approach
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 1-year experience in finance or accounts (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
