So what's the Campaign Manager going to do?

Simply put, you’re going to work with our amazing publishers like CNN, Star, SPH and many more to run our digital campaigns.

Ultimately, the role requires someone with an amazing 'can do' approach and a sense of 'calm’ and ‘fun' during the busy times - of which there are many.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Own all functions of ad operations including campaign planning, setup, trafficking, troubleshooting, optimizations, and reporting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to optimize campaign performance, uncover problems, measure results, and ensure success.
- Manage multiple advertiser and agency accounts, developing positive working relationships with the media buyers and operations teams at our clients and partners.
- Prepare campaign progress reports, analysis and research for presentation to clients and Synkd Management Team.
- Manage media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of media.
- Negotiating with advertising sales agents to ensure the most cost-effective deal structures.
- Managing budgets and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI metrics.
- Building and maintaining a network of advertising agents and broadcasting networks.
- Maintain knowledge of audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar.
- At Least 3-5 years of experience in Ad Operations/Media Buying in the digital advertising industry.
- Expertise managing a variety of campaign performance metrics.
- High degree of organization, self-motivation, analytical skills, and overall drive.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- **Willing to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm or 12pm - 9pm.**
