**Job Title: Junior BWC Developer - Core Banking (Silverlake)**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Junior BWC Developer** to join our Core Banking technology team. This role involves working on the **Silverlake BWC (Bankwide CIF)** system, with a strong focus on **RPG programming**, **DevOps**, and **automated deployment using ALDON** on the **AS400 platform**. It is ideal for junior developers with 3-5 years of relevant experience who are looking to grow their expertise in core banking platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with **DevOps** pipelines and **ALDON** for software deployment automation on AS400
- Assist in the customization and enhancement of customer file modules
- Troubleshoot and support ongoing BWC-related projects
- Collaborate with project managers, QA, and support teams for project delivery
- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards are met

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 3-5 years of development experience in **RPG on AS400**:

- Hands-on experience with **Silverlake Core Banking platform**, particularly BWC module
- Familiarity with **ALDON** for deployment automation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
