**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Liaising and coordinate with project coordinator / consultant to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
- Work closely with project coordinator to integrate subcontractor programs into the master plan schedule.
- Collecting structural materials required for designs.
- Calculating dimensions, weight limitations, and measurements for designs.
- Drafting designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software Sketch Up.
- Creating diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs.
- Adjusting drawings according to the feedback.
- Ensuring designs comply with company regulations and quality standards.
- Setting up drawing formats and configuration files.
- Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the construction field is required for this position.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in Sketch Up
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem.
- Able to work at the office and construction site.
- Able to meet deadline.
