About the role

We are seeking a talented Bim Drafter to join our dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT', located in Bandar Putra Kulai Johor. As a full-time Bim Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our innovative projects, utilising your expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to create detailed, accurate, and efficient plans.

What you'll be doing

  1. Producing BIM models and drawings to support the design and construction process
  2. Collaborating with project teams to ensure the BIM models meet the required standards and specifications
  3. Providing technical support and guidance to other team members on BIM-related matters
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry best practices
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient BIM workflows
  6. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Bim Drafter or a similar BIM-focused role
  2. Strong proficiency in using BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
  3. Excellent understanding of BIM principles, standards, and best practices
  4. Ability to interpret design specifications, technical drawings, and project requirements
  5. Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
