Job Summary

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a world-class Tax Manager based in Melaka and reporting to the Director, Tax. In an industry that is reshaping the world’s energy future, there’s no better place to be.

The Tax Manager is responsible for providing Tax Accounting and Transfer Pricing for the Group. The person will assist the Tax Director in maintaining the group’s transfer pricing framework and policies and TP documentation requirements. In addition, it is also expected that this person will be working with other tax team members to support the Group’s quarterly tax reporting process. This position will report to Director, Tax. **You’ll be responsible for**: Supports Tax Director in maintaining the group’s transfer pricing framework and policies and TP documentation requirements. In addition to reviewing existing operational TP processes and systems to implement the group’s operational TP requirements. Work closely with other team members across the Group to manage the Group’s US GAAP tax reporting requirements - including the review of tax forecasts, current and deferred tax calculations and disclosure notes. Ensure that tax team meets all its SOX control requirements. Tax advisory cross border (SG, MY, US) knowledge and needs to interact with business stakeholders. Drive or implement global projects in assessing new tax technologies and new policies, methodologies and procedures. Work closely and collaborate with other global tax team members across regions on tax related processes.

**You should bring**:
Degree in Accounting or Finance or any relevant business degree, with a specialization in taxation Preferably with 7 years relevant experience as SME in tax function in a sizable organization. With experience in Tax structuring and transfer pricing is a must. Exposure and experience in US GAAP Reporting, LongView, OneSource and tax accounting is added advantage.
