**1.**Analysing sales data and production schedules to accurately predict future material needs.

**2.**Maintaining optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, setting reorder points, and managing stock rotations to avoid overstocking or shortages.

**3.**Identifying and sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery terms, and placing purchase orders for raw materials and components.

**4.**Coordinating material deliveries with production schedules to ensure timely availability on the shop floor.

**5.**Arranging transportation and warehousing services, including managing carrier relationships and optimizing shipping routes to minimize delivery times and costs.

**6.**Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline logistics operations, reduce lead times, and improve overall efficiency.

**7.**Proactively identifying and mitigating potential supply chain disruptions, such as supplier delays or unexpected demand fluctuations.

**8.**Utilizing data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making.

Required skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address supply chain challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and carriers.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and contract negotiation.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
