Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to support business growth in the Northern region.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify, explore, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through active follow-ups and regular sales visits.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to travel throughout the Northern region.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work ethically and responsibly under minimal supervision.
