As Boost Juice continues to expand throughout Southeast Asia, the company offers exciting opportunities to work with an international brand in a dynamic environment with potential for rapid career advancement. **Role Description** This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Boost Juice Bars Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with the internal marketing team to achieve specific objectives such as; increasing brand awareness, brand engagement, and conversions. - Roles and Responsibilities_ - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and target audience. - Planning and implementing promotional activities such as contests and giveaways to engage followers and drive participation in campaigns - Identify, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. - Generate monthly digital marketing report and marketing campaigns analysis - Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions - Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and web developers to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all digital channels. - KOLs management - Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. - Answer day to day customer inquiries and complaints - Supporting Digital Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities when requested. - Requirements and Skills_ - Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels - Experience in managing social media marketing campaigns - Experience in creating content for various social media channels - Experience in working with online marketing tools and best practices - 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field - Experience working in the F&B industry is a plus - Creative, analytical and a team player **Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Maternity leave Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Content Creation: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required) - Malay (preferred) - Mandarin (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Taman Desa (required)
