1. Digital Strategy & Growth Leadership
- Own the end-to-end regional digital marketing strategy across SEA.
- Drive integrated growth across paid ads, content, CRM, SEO, and creator-led channels.
- Identify high-impact digital opportunities and turn them into scalable growth systems.
- Build repeatable frameworks for acquisition, retention, and brand building.
2. TikTok Growth & Strategy
- Lead Kapas Living's TikTok strategy across SEA, combining organic storytelling, paid campaigns, and TikTok Shop initiatives.
- Develop short-form content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Collaborate with creators, KOLs, and live hosts to create authentic, high-performing campaigns.
- Track and optimise key TikTok metrics: engagement, ROAS, conversion, follower growth, and sales.
- Use TikTok insights to inform broader content and performance strategies.
3. Content Direction & Brand Creative Leadership
- Define the creative direction for Kapas Living's digital storytelling across all platforms.
- Lead and guide the content/creative team on tone, style, visuals, and messaging.
- Set clear standards for what great content looks like (concept, script, pacing, editing).
- Build a content ecosystem that blends education, entertainment, lifestyle, and brand narrative.
- Ensure all content feels premium, calming, modern, and unmistakably Kapas Living.
4. Creator, KOL & Live Commerce Ecosystem
- Build and manage a strong creator and KOL network across SEA.
- Recruit and activate micro-, mid-tier, and top-tier KOLs aligned with the brand.
- Develop creator-led campaigns for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Manage live hosts and livestream partnerships to drive on-platform sales.
- Use creator insights to shape storytelling and boost content authenticity.
5. Performance Marketing & Data Optimization
- Oversee paid advertising budgets across TikTok, Meta, and other platforms.
- Track and optimise ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Collaborate with media, content, and affiliate teams to refine creative and targeting.
- Use insights to scale high-performing campaigns and reduce waste.
6. Cross-Market Brand Consistency
- Ensure cohesive Kapas Living brand storytelling across SEA markets.
- Localize campaigns based on cultural and consumer insights.
- Align content with product launches, retail activations, and seasonal campaigns.
7. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and lead a regional digital growth team (content strategists, creator managers, editors).
- Work closely with creative, eCommerce, and operations teams to deliver full-funnel results.
- Coach and mentor team members to strengthen execution, creative quality, and performance capabilities.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years in digital marketing, creator marketing, or performance-driven growth roles.
- Proven experience building brands from 0 to multi-million revenue, ideally through TikTok, creators, and live commerce.
- Deep understanding of TikTok algorithm, short-form content, creator economy, and multi-channel digital marketing.
- Strong creative judgment paired with analytical, performance-driven thinking.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and affiliate tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese is a plus.
- Passionate about content culture, community-driven growth, and building beloved brands.
