**Job Summary**:
As a Fulfilment Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work as part of a dynamic team to pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Order Fulfillment**
- Perform picking of customer orders using WMS system to ensure accurate item selection.
- Pack and process picked orders according to company standards for delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on picked orders through the system to ensure order accuracy and completeness.

**Inbound & Inventory Management**
- Check inbound stock for accuracy, including verification of SKU, quantity, batch number, expiry date, and other relevant details.
- Plan and execute the put-away of incoming stock into designated storage locations, including bins.
- Ensure all inventory is handled carefully and processed in a timely manner to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Perform regular cycle counts and stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and control packaging material usage and conduct weekly counts of packaging supplies.

**Outbound & Dispatching**
- Handle the scanning and preparation of outbound parcels for dispatch to third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of outbound shipments in line with delivery schedules.

**Warehouse Productivity & Housekeeping**
- Maintain productivity and output levels in accordance with key performance metrics set by the organization.
- Perform regular housekeeping tasks to ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Work overtime as required during peak seasons and promotional campaign periods.
- Carry out any other operational tasks as assigned by the Supervisor to support overall warehouse operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree or Diploma in Logistic or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment is preferred but not required.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with order fulfilment.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members.
- MUST be very patient, neat & tidy as well as meticulous with strong integrity
- MUST be able to multitask & work under pressure, able to take positive criticism
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays during **peak seasons** or **promotional campaigns**.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
