**Location**: Bukit Baru, Melaka
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process and track sales orders, invoices, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and manage sales documents such as contracts, reports, and presentations.
- Update and maintain customer records in the database/CRM.
- Monitor sales activity, analyze trends, and suggest improvements.
- Follow up with customers on payments and resolve inquiries.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and client meetings.
- Handle general administrative tasks like data entry and filing.
- Support other tasks assigned by the company as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a Sales Admin or in a similar role.
- Skilled in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
