Hillrise Coffee in Canning Garden is looking for a motivated and talented Chef de Partie to join our team and help create memorable meals for our patrons. You will manage a specific section of the kitchen, prepare high-quality food, and maintain a clean, well-stocked station.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare food items and meal components at your station.
- Follow directions from the head chef.
- Collaborate with the culinary team for top-quality food and service.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work area.
- Manage stock and order supplies.
- Improve food prep methods based on feedback.
- Assist in other kitchen areas as needed.
- Optimize cooking processes for speed and quality.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.
- Passion for great food and service.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Available for shifts on weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in various cooking methods and equipment.

**Job Details**:

- **Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Pay**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
- **Benefits**: Maternity leave, meals provided, promotion opportunities, parental leave
- **Schedule**: Day and evening shifts, weekends, holidays
- **Supplemental Pay**: Attendance bonus, overtime pay, performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM preferred

**Experience**:

- Kitchen Staff: 1 year preferred

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
