- **Requirements**:_
- Degree in any related field
- Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- **Job Scope**:_
- Act as front desk personnel by greeting, welcoming and direct them to the appropriate meeting locations or personnel.
- Efficiently answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the relevant departments or individuals.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage meeting room reservations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant appearance and good personal grooming standards.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and eagerness to learn, good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
