- **Requirements**:_
- Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration or in any related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- **Job Scope**:_
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, agreements, NDAs, and correspondence.
- Corporate compliance ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with board meetings, corporate records, and governance matters.
- Maintain and track the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Conduct legal research, analyze findings, and stay updated on legal changes.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and eagerness to learn, good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
