Requirement:

  • Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor in Administration/Business Administration/ Office Management

Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
  • Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain files, databases, and records.
  • Supplies Management: Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Support Staff: Assist team members with administrative tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans and itineraries.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors or clients.
  • Coordination: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and serve as a liaison with external partners.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative challenges efficiently.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
