**Purpose of Position**

Perform the full spectrum of accounts payable functions by working closely with local operation teams and offshore shared service center. Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations and other statutory requirements.

**Key Tasks**

**Accounting**
- Manage daily operations of Accounts Payable functions
- Review and process staff claims according to policy
- Perform & Review vendors’ SOA reconciliation and payment proposal
- Review non transport related invoices in SAP WebCost
- Ensure timely and accurate AP month-end closing
- Challenge and improve existing work processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with expense policy and statutory regulations
- Support IT-related and Finance automation projects

**Reporting**
- Prepare weekly intercompany unbooked report
- Prepare weekly WebCost unbooked invoices report
- Any other ad-hoc reports as assigned

**Experience & Education**
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year of Accounts Payable experience
- Familiar with SAP and e-banking platforms will be advantageous
- Experience working with Financial shared service center will be advantageous
- Excellent team player to manage internal and external stakeholders
