KERANI JABATAN PENGELUARAN, PERANCANGAN DAN KEJURUTERAAN.
14.1 Melaporkan diri kepada Eksekutif Teknikal & Pengurus PPE.
14.2 Memastikan semua dokumen dikemaskini dan difailkan dalam fail yang telah ditetapkan.
14.3 Memastikan penyelenggaraan pejabat dibuat dengan berkesan dan pejabat sentiasa berada dalam keadaan bersih dan kemas.
14.4 Membantu melaksanakan segala arahan dan kaedah kerja yang telah ditetapkan didalam Manual Kualiti Sistem ISO 9001
14.5 Membantu bahagian Logistic mengaturkan pengangkutan untuk penghantaran barang.
14.6 Memastikan semua keperluan yang digunakan oleh jabatan mencukupi dan dikemaskini.
14.7 Membantu bahagian akaun untuk proses pembayaran dan tuntutan bayaran dengan pelanggan.
14.8 Menjawab dan mengambil pesanan telefon semasa ketiadaan Ketua Jabatan dan Eksekutif di pejabat.
14.9 Merekodkan kedatangan anggota kerja pengeluaran pada setiap hari dan disediakan dalam bentuk graf.
14.10 Memastikan bilik latihan berada dalam keadaan yang bersih dan kemas.
14.11 Membuka permintaan pembelian (PR) untuk keperluan semasa dan material setiap bulan.
14.12 Memastikan segala barang - barang keperluan harian disimpan di tempat yang selamat dan direkodkan.
14.13 Mengawal penggunaan glove, cutter, paint marker, scooth brite dan lain-lain.
14.14 Memastikan keadaan luar Pejabat Pengeluaran sentiasa dalam keadaan yang tersusun dan bersih.
14.15 Mengemaskinikan jadual 5's bahagian Pengeluaran dan Setor.
14.16 Mengemaskini rekod Raw Material bagi painting / ED coating / Injection Moulding yang dikeluarkan oleh material handler setiap minggu.
14.17 Menyediakan data keperluan MRM kepada Pengurus PPE
14.18 Menguruskan permohonan kerja lebih masa di bahagian pengeluaran untuk kelulusan pengurusan atasan
14.19 Menyediakan laporan mingguan Jabatan PPE untuk mesyuarat pengurusan setiap minggu
14.20 Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang ditetapkan oleh Pengurusan.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
