**About the Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Merchandising Admin Assistant** to join our Merchandising team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient product flow and accurate inventory tracking, while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams. If you're passionate about fashion/retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the merchandising, inbound, operations, VM (Visual Merchandising), marketing, and warehouse teams, as well as brand principals.
- Manage weekly replenishment and stock allocation for new arrivals.
- Monitor and update delivery schedules for each season.
- Consolidate defective product reports and liaise with principals, keeping the inventory team informed for credit note follow-ups.
- Prepare Item Masterfile and purchase orders (POs) for new seasonal launches.
- Support various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Merchandising team or management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, or inventory management. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Passion for the retail or fashion industry.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
