**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies on the construction site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement site safety plans and emergency response procedures.
- Train and educate site personnel on safety protocols and best practices.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
- Ensure all safety equipment is maintained and in proper working condition.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and write comprehensive reports.
- Relevant certifications in safety management or occupational health.
- Ability to train and mentor site personnel on safety standards.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety management.
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Mandatory**:Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including teams in China.
