Business Development Executive

**OB OVERVIEW**
The Learn Tech Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening client relationships within the Central Region, particularly focusing on Klang and Selangor. This role involves frequent travel to meet clients, attend sales meetings, and provide customized solutions aligned with local market needs.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Territory Expansion & Sales Growth**
Proactively expand market share across Klang and Selangor by executing effective sales strategies and consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- **Client Engagement & Relationship Management**
Develop and sustain strong partnerships with clients, especially within educational institutions, corporations, and training providers. Act as the primary liaison for all client interactions, ensuring a high standard of service and support.
- **Product Presentations & Demonstrations**
Deliver engaging product demos and sales presentations tailored to specific client needs, emphasizing the value of eLearning and hybrid learning solutions.
- **Market Analysis & Strategic Input**
Gather and share insights on customer preferences and market dynamics to guide product development and refine sales tactics. Keep an eye on competitors and identify areas to strengthen market positioning.
- **Sales Reporting & Client Feedback**
Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market insights to assist in data-driven decision-making.

- **Consultative Sales Ability**: Skilled in identifying client needs and presenting customized solutions effectively.
- **Relationship Management**: Proven capability to foster and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- **Local Market Familiarity**: Well-versed with the educational and business landscape of Klang, Selangor, and the broader Central Region.
- **Presentation & Communication**: Strong command of both verbal and written communication for impactful pitching and reporting.
- **Travel Flexibility**: Comfortable with frequent travel across the assigned territories.
**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the education or EdTech industry.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Holds a valid passport and open to occasional international travel.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
