Job Title: Production Executive

Job Summary:
The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves leading production teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. The Production Executive also plays a key role in staff development, problem-solving, and optimizing production processes to meet company objectives and customer expectations.

Job Descriptions:
1) Understand and comply with company targets, policies, regulations, quality standards, 5S, and standard operating procedures.
2) Lead and supervise the manufacturing team to achieve daily production targets, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
3) Provide necessary facilities and resources to staff while actively engaging in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
4) Drive cost control initiatives, Quality Control Circles (QCC), Small Group Activities (SGA), and continuous line improvements in alignment with company objectives.
5) Motivate, coach, and counsel employees to maintain high discipline, morale, and engagement.
6) Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels based on company quality standards and skill requirements.
7) Analyze, monitor, and manage the budget for manpower planning and production-related expenses (both direct and indirect).
8) Continuously review and enhance production systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
9) Develop and implement contingency plans to minimize production interruptions.
10) Ensure proper implementation and verification of the Quality Management System, particularly in compliance with ISO/TS 16949.
11) Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback for staff development.
12) Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Manager or senior management as required.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of ISO/TS 16949 quality standards and implementation.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production-related software.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor production efficiency and cost control.
- Ability to develop and execute training programs for staff development.
