We are seeking a strategic **Revenue and Partnership Manager** to drive revenue growth and establish high-value partnerships, particularly within the banking and financial services sector.

**Job Overview**:
You will lead revenue optimization and develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, fintech, and other key stakeholders. Your role will be critical in expanding **mesinkira.io**'s market presence and monetization strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Revenue Growth & Monetization**
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, subscriptions, and customer lifetime value
- Analyze pricing models, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on revenue-driving campaigns
- Monitor KPIs (MRR, ARR, churn) and provide actionable insights

**Banking & Financial Partnerships**
- Establish partnerships with banks, payment processors, and fintech
- Manage banking stakeholder relationships and alignment on joint initiatives
- Drive API partnerships and compliance-related engagements
- Represent company at banking/fintech industry events

**Business Development**
- Prospect and close B2B partnerships with financial services organizations
- Negotiate partnership agreements and revenue-sharing models
- Work with product team on banking system integrations
- Optimize partnership performance through data analysis

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's in Business, Finance or related field (MBA a plus)
- 3+ years in revenue management or partnerships, with banking sector experience
- Knowledge of banking ecosystems, payments, and fintech compliance
- Proven track record in partnership development and revenue growth
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
