Business Intelligence Developer

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Design, develop, and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights into trading activities, platform performance, and user behavior.
- **Forex/Crypto Analytics**: Utilize deep industry knowledge to analyze trading data in Forex and Crypto markets, offering insights into trends, liquidity, trading volume, and trader behavior.
- **Copy Trading Platforms**: Leverage your experience with copy trading platforms to build reports and KPIs that track the performance of traders and followers, analyze copy trading strategies, and assess platform efficiency.
- **Integration with MT4/MT5**: Work with Meta Trader 4/5 data to create real-time analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring data integration and accurate insights across platforms.
- **Database Management**:Design, optimize, and manage databases, especially MySQL, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security. Work with large datasets to support data analysis and business intelligence functions.
- **Data Visualization**:Create and manage advanced data visualizations using Tableau, providing clear and impactful dashboards that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with stakeholders, including traders, developers, and management teams, to understand requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor the performance of BI systems, recommend enhancements, and identify new opportunities for process improvements.
- **Automated Reporting**: Develop and maintain automated reporting processes to deliver critical data and insights in a timely manner.
- **Compliance & Security**: Ensure that all BI solutions adhere to relevant compliance standards and data security protocols, particularly in relation to the financial sector.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience in Forex/Crypto Industries**: Minimum 3-5 years working in the Forex and Cryptocurrency markets, with an understanding of trading strategies, market dynamics, and user behavior.
- **Copy Trading Platforms Expertise**: Strong experience working with copy trading platforms, including the design, implementation, and performance monitoring of such systems.
- **MT4/MT5 Integration**: Hands-on experience with Meta Trader 4/5 data and systems, with a strong ability to integrate MT4/MT5 data into BI solutions.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Proficiency in SQL, MySQL, ETL processes, and experience working with large datasets.
- **Data Visualization Tools**:Proficiency in data visualization platforms, especially Tableau. Experience in creating advanced dashboards and data models that support business decisions.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to solve complex problems and provide clear recommendations based on data analysis.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Financial Industry Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of financial trading, market analysis, and understanding of regulations governing financial markets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Python/R for data analysis and reporting automation.
- Understanding of APIs related to trading platforms and financial systems.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
