Admin Officer

Perform admin duties such as filing, typing, sorting, checking of documents, generating reports and etc.
- Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing system effectively.
- Handles all incoming and outgoing mails and assist in data entry
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Assist recruitment tasks such as job posting, sourcing resumes, interview arrangement, etc.
- Record the time and attendance for monthly report;
- Handle employee's on-boarding orientation and leaving handover processes;
- Assist in writing company letters;
- Calculate and record employee’s OT, leaves, etc.;
- Manage and update company asset databases and stock control such as stationery, sundry, uniform, equipment, etc.;
**Requirements**:
- SPM/Diploma qualification
- Computer Literate(Excel ,Word & Other software)
- Able to work independent & Team work
- Language(s): Goods in spoken & written(English and Malay) - Mandarin is an added advantage
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
