**Your new company**

You will be joining a well-established semiconductor manufacturing company based in Kulim, Kedah. In line with their expansion plan, they are looking to hire a Procurement Specialist for the upcoming projects transfer from China.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for medium to high purchase volume and/or medium to high commodities complexity. You will also be in charge of developing and executing procurement strategies to meet commodity targets. You will be managing local Sourcing, RFQ, Negotiation, Supplier decision, Supplier management and Contract Management.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar manufacturing background will lead you to success, as will:

- Solid experience in strategic procurement from manufacturing background.
- Advanced knowledge in sourcing, request for quote, negotiation, supplier selection, supplier management and contract management is required
- Proven internal and external stakeholder management skills.
- Semiconductor experience is highly preferred.
