Sous Chef

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and improve recipes for the central kitchen.
- Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all dishes meet taste, presentation, and safety standards.
- Track ingredients, place orders, and reduce waste.
- Keep the kitchen workspace clean and efficient.
- Train and guide team members to improve their skills.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Malay
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
