**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and allocate daily manpower schedules, ensuring effective task distribution and monitoring of mold changes.
- Request materials and ensure the proper operational condition of equipment, tools, and materials (e.g., welding sets, hammers, etc.) on the production floor.
- Receive and review drawings, and coordinate with the planner for alignment.
- Ensure that cutting, fitting, and welding processes meet drawing specifications.
- Compile and submit daily timesheets and progress reports.
- Conduct weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings with the team.
- Provide on-the-job training to team members as needed.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
- Report any accidents immediately to the safety department and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate in welding or related field.
- Experience in precast concrete production and the ability to read and interpret precast drawings.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts as needed.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Looking for a long-term career with growth opportunities.
- Immediate availability or within 1 month.
