JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To lead Injection Molding section for appliance components manufacturing.

  2. To review and troubleshoot injection molding issues at the production site.

  3. To provide technical advice and solutions pertaining to molding production, mold design as well as tooling.

  4. Set and adjust injection molding machine parameters and give solutions to machine failures.

  5. Ensure molding processes are aligned with product quality specifications and standards

  6. Responsible to manage, lead and supervise a team of Molding operators in achieving production's schedule and ensure product quality.

  7. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of all molding equipment to ensure proper functionality.

  8. Identify opportunities for improving molding processes to increase efficiency, reduce scrap rates, and enhance product quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Injection Molding Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding Processes and Machineries.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Mandarin-speaking is an advantage.
