Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Are you an accounting expert passionate about ensuring timely payments from clients? Jetour Malaysia seeks a talented Accounts Receivable Executive to lead our accounts receivable initiatives and maintain a healthy cash flow.

Objectives of the Role
- Revenue Generation: Ensure clients are properly billed for goods or services.
- Credit Management: Maintain debt ageing not exceeding credit terms.
- Reporting: Report on debt exceeded credit terms.
- Debt Recovery: Perform actions on debt exceeded credit terms, including issuing reminders and letters of demand.
- Collaboration: Work with the Sales Department on Revenue Plan and Cash Forecast every month.

**Responsibilities**:

- Billing and Invoicing: Generate accurate and timely invoices for clients.
- Debt Collection: Identify and resolve outstanding debts to ensure timely payment.
- Credit Analysis: Analyze creditworthiness of clients to determine credit limits.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on debt ageing, credit limits, and cash flow.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, sales team, and management to resolve payment issues.

Skills and Qualifications
- Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
