**Position**: Executive, Operations (AR)

**Reporting to**: Manager, Operations Billing

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and verify customer payments to ensure they are received and processed before the release of goods;
- Track outstanding receivables and proactively follow up with customers on overdue payments;
- Verify payment status for orders in the system before goods are released;
- Maintain accurate records of payment status for each customer order and update relevant systems;
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address any payment-related issues or delays;
- Review and reconcile payment records to ensure completeness and accuracy;
- Assist with updating customer payment terms and conditions as needed;
- Generate reports on payment status, highlighting any discrepancies or delays, and escalate issues when necessary;
- Provide customer service support for payment-related inquiries and resolve issues Promptly;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding the release of goods and payment processing;
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation for audit and reporting purposes; and
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Have at least 2 years of working experience in handling accounts receivables;
- Basic understanding of billing processes and accounts receivable functions;
- Analytical-minded, detail-oriented, strategic-thinker and highly organised;
- Have a high level of integrity and result-oriented, flexible, and able to meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills, have a positive work attitude and able to work independently and as a team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
