Job Purpose: Job summary & objectives
- To be competence in handling full sets of company accounts
- To manage and execute the entire records of accounts payable and receivable, inventory, utilities, payment requisition, payment to nominated expertise, tax documents and all other accounts matters.
- To prepare monthly financial reporting.

Key Accountability: Essential duties & functions
- To ensure the procedure of payment requisition for business transaction are properly addressed.
- To ensure utility bill payments received are monitored and controlled to retain all pertaining documents in QNE Software for auditing purposes.
- Prepare assets, liability, capital account by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss (P&L) statement and tax matters.

- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential,
- Data entry and prepare payments, reconcile financial actions by analyzing accounting option.
- Compiles with federal, state and local financial legal requirements and liaison with auditors/ tax agents.
- Ad hoc assignments assign by Superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
