**About the role** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at TUG Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. **What you'll be doing** - Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments - Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records - Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports - Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing - Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date - Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance **What we're looking for** - Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounts-based role, preferably in the F&B industry - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy - Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite Our office is 15-mins walk from Subang Jaya LRT> Send in your resume now. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Account management: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
