A multi-faceted property developer is seeking a talented and motivated **Property Sales Executive** to join the team.

As a **Property Sales Executive, **you will play a critical role in:

- Engage with customers through walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries regarding property projects.
- Provide exceptional pre-sales, follow up administration (till S&P sign off) and after-sales support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in project launches, road shows, and other promotional activities.
- Analyze the property market and conduct market surveys to inform sales strategies.

**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:

- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the property industry is required for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Applicants must be willing to travel and work in Ipoh Perak.
- A week work for 5.5 days. Willing to work on weekend / public holiday. Off day will be reschedule.

**Benefits provided**:

- Competitive base salary (RM 3,500 - RM4,200) with commission (RM 600 - RM1,000 per unit), depends on qualification and projects.
