At Rich Home Advisory, we are a premier property management company specializing in both new properties and sub-sales at Ipoh, Perak. Our goal is to empower our team with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in the industry.

OPTION 1: Basic + High Commission

Basic RM1,700 

Commission max to 0.9% 

(Example: RM400,000 x 0.9% = RM 3,600) 

3 month probation period

6 month upgrade to full commission agent

OPTION 2: Full Commission Agent

***Fully commission based***

Site guardian, work of scope = Duty at showhouse.

Site Guardian commission = 15% (from total commission developer paid) of EVERY sales on the duty date. 

(Example: RM400,000 x 3% x 15% = RM1,800)

Full Commission Based = 45% - 60% from total commission developer paid. 

(Example: RM400,000 x 3% x 60% = RM7,200) 

Qualifications & experience

  • Own Transport
  • Mandarin, Bahasa, English
  • No experience need, Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Duty at showhouse (Perak area)
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
