The opportunity

Cititel Express Ipoh, a leading hotel in Ipoh Perak, is seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the hotel's sales and marketing strategies, ensuring the achievement of ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to promote the hotel's products and services
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to deliver outstanding results
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  4. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to inform strategic decision-making
  5. Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content, including digital and print materials
  6. Collaborate with the hotel's management team to align sales and marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
  7. Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing activities, identifying areas for improvement
