A multi-faceted property developer is seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for **Sales and Marketing Manager **to join the team.

As a **Sales and Marketing Manager, **you will play a critical role in:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, analyze activities, and prepare reports to drive informed decision-making.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, corporate clients, and co-workers through regular meetings. Keep stakeholders updated on sales and marketing efforts and programs.
- Plan and execute strategies to boost revenue and maximize earnings potential for the projects.
- Identify and negotiate potential deals, ensuring maximum leverage for new business development.
- Plan, manage, and develop marketing budgets, including coordinating with event organizers for effective execution and internal coordination on manpower and logistics support.
- Assist and support senior management in planning, developing, and implementing sales and marketing strategies, events, and promotion activities.
- Supervise juniors in organizing sales and marketing-related collateral and events.
