Job Description:
1) Project Leadership and Management
- Lead the team in managing the project, including cost planning, procurement of consultants and
contractors, design management, construction management, and project handover.
- Take overall responsibility for project management, ensuring quality, cost, statutory compliance,
safety, and environmental standards are met.
- Support the establishment of success criteria for the project, covering time, cost, technical, and
performance parameters.
- Ensure appropriate line managers are informed of quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.
- Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project.
- Manage the implementation of the master program, manpower, materials, and plant schedules.
- Responsible for project planning, including the detailed project plan.
- Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team.
- Manage the change control process.
- Monitor and provide advice on project finances
2) Communication and Reporting
- Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through meetings and written
communications.
- Prepare master programs, formal project progress reports, and other project reports.
- Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
- Manage the preparation of various reports, including bi-weekly project reports and tender
recommendation reports.
- Procure consultants and trade contractors.
- Coordinate design meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct site inspections for progress and quality assessments, valuations, etc.
- Ensure key project information and learning are recorded in the company's internal database.
- Ensure prompt client invoicing and utilize internal accounting systems to monitor the project's
financial status.
3) Miscellaneous Duties
- Perform any other work-related tasks or duties as required and assigned by the management or line
manager.
**Requirements**:
5-10 years experience in Construction management (Project Manager) - RM 10 - 14K
Above 15 years of experience and has led 7-8 projects (General Manager) - RM 15K - 20K
Need to be Chinese and fluent in English.
Need to be proficient in AutoCAD or relevant CAD software or tools such as SOLIDWORKS.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Need to patrol and visit several sites for project inspections on a daily basis.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
