**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with BU Supply Chain team to obtain sales forecast.
- Lead and manage new product launches, supply chain projects and any process improvement projects for South East Asia region.
- Perform detailed analysis to improve supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to Fulfill orders to the satisfaction of the customers, and arrange for prompt deliveries.
- Other incidental duties.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree 3 Years years experience previous related experience Required and
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry Preferred.

**Additional Skills**:

- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Global Supply Chain, and Quality systems (e.g., SQMS, JDE, JDA) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain and ISO laws and regulations applicable to medical device industry.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Work is performed independently on more complex projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness.
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
